Five kilometres of moving water between basalt walls.

The signature trip. A 5 km water track through the Hidan gorge in Madaba — natural pools deep enough to jump into, smooth chutes to slide down, and most of the route spent wading the river itself. No phone network reaches the valley floor, so leave the phone on the bus and let the trip photographer work.
