Eleven kilometres and five abseils — the hardest day we run.
The long one. Eleven kilometres down the Karak gorge with five separate abseil stations, a full day of moving water, and a finish that most people feel the next morning. Graded demanding for a reason: come with canyon experience or a serious base of fitness, and bring shoes that are not running shoes.
